TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking Bailey & Bramble of Suffolk, you agree to the following terms of service.

Dog Walking

​

• Dogs are walked individually or with other dogs from the same household only.
• Dogs are never mixed with unfamiliar dogs.
• All dogs are kept on lead at all times unless an enclosed, secure area is used and off-lead activity has been agreed in advance.
• We supply leads if required.
• Dogs must wear a correctly fitted collar or harness.

Safety and Behaviour

• We reserve the right to refuse or stop a walk if a dog shows aggressive behaviour or presents a risk to the handler, other animals, or the public.
• We do not walk any dogs listed under the UK Dangerous Dogs Act, including: Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, XL Bully.

Insurance and Liability

​

• We hold public liability insurance covering third-party injury or damage.
• Bailey & Bramble of Suffolk is not liable for any injury, loss, escape, or damage caused during or following a walk, unless due to proven negligence.

Key Handling

​

• If keys are provided for access, they are stored securely in a locked key safe.
• Keys are never labelled with client details.

General

​

• Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is fit, healthy, and up to date with vaccinations and flea/worm treatment.
• Any medical or behavioural concerns must be disclosed before services begin.
